My husband and I both

My husband and I both like the new round head toothbrush for cleaning our teeth, even better than the original brush, but my husband's toothbrush doesn't charge correctly, doesn't hold a charge very long, and makes strange sounds and vibrations at times. It is a lot of money to spend on a brush that doesn't work right, and to pay for the subscription as well. We reached out to Quip about this problem and have to send back the brush at our own expense.

Very nice! At first I

Very nice! At first I thought it was a bit small for my teeth, however I realized that it was just because I used to larger sizes and love how this one allows me to reach the back of my molar teeth easier. My only complaint is how loud this gets after using it for a few times, as I’m on my second one and it’s quiet on first use or two and then kind of annoyingly loud, but only when not in your mouth so it’s not a deal breaker.

This is an extremely poor design for a toothbrush head. Every time I use my toothbrush I end up with toothpaste water running down my hand or even dripping onto my clothes. I wish you had announced your more expensive brush before I bought this one. I can't justify buying a new one this quickly.

i am an investor in

i am an investor in quip and would like to see a better product. I have been comparing the Quip to the other brands and find the quip lacking. The ability to recharge is sloppy and ineffective. I recommend moving to a universal charging input and move away from the current system.

Great product…Greedy replacement heads

The toothbrush is great for the first month, but when you go to reorder heads they are 8 dollars each. This awesome little 60 dollar toothbrush is really 160 in the first year and $100 every year after that.

I actually don’t know how to rate this because I am still waiting for the brush heads to be delivered, 3 weeks after placing the order. Typical quip experience tbh.
