How do I join quip Perks?

How are credits earned?

quip Perks credits are earned automatically by subscribing to brush heads, toothpaste, floss, floss tips, gum, or mints and will appear in your account when your refill order is processed.
How are credits calculated?

Credits are based on your subscription subtotal before taxes and shipping. Earnings increase over time based on your streak (recurring refill order) from the program start date (11/12/24). Full terms at getquip.com/terms.

Existing subscribers

Streak 1 (first refill order post program launch) = 7.5%

Streak 2 = 10%

Streak 3 = 12.5%

Streak 4= 15%

Streaks 5–9 = 17.5%

Streaks 10+ = 20%

New subscribers

Streak 1 (first refill order post program launch ) = $4 bonus credit

Streak 2 = 7.5%

What can credits be used for?

How do I redeem credits?

You can redeem credits in two ways. (1) Check the “Use credit” option check box on the checkout payment page or (2) auto-apply to your next automatic refill order under “Manage subscriptions.”
Do my credits expire?

Yes. Credits expire 12 months after the date they are earned.
How do I get a loyalty streak?

For existing subscribers, a streak is the first refill order once the program begins. For new subscribers, it’s the first time a refill is fulfilled. Maintain an active subscription to grow your streak. Canceling all subscriptions within a single account will reset your loyal streak.
What if I skip or cancel my subscription?

If you skip or reschedule a refill order, you will earn credits once your order is processed.
What if I have multiple subscriptions?

If you have an account with multiple subscriptions, each one will earn credits as the refill order is processed.
