What kind of floss is it?
Sliding floss is our durable, mint-flavored string made of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene). It’s an ultra-smooth, shred resistant material that easily slides between teeth.
How much floss should I use?
Dentists recommend using about 18” of floss at least once a day. Our pre-marked string dispenses just the right amount so you only cut what you need to use.
How do you clean the canister?
The canister isn’t water resistant — we recommend wiping it down with a dampened cloth.
Will the floss shred?
Sliding floss is shred-resistant for easy sliding and an effective clean. For maximum benefits, be sure to use a new section of floss between each tooth.
